Terms of Service (General Purchasing Conditions)

This document establishes the General Purchasing Conditions that regulate purchases made on the online store xollazo.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

1. Identification of the Parties

On one hand, Xollazo, jointly managed by Gabriel Castaño Salvatierra (ID/NIF: 49127547F, Calle La Cilla 36 Bajo 8, 41540 La Puebla de Cazalla, Seville) and José Manuel Jiménez Rodríguez (ID/NIF: 52075116B, Barriada Francisco de Quevedo Casa 7, 41600 Arahal, Seville), with contact email xollazoshopi@gmail.com and phone +34 722 625 288.

On the other hand, the Customer, a user of the website who makes a purchase and guarantees to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Object of the Contract

These conditions regulate the sale of products offered through the website xollazo.com. The main characteristics of each product (images, descriptions, technical specifications) are detailed in their corresponding product page. We strive to display colors and details as accurately as possible, although slight variations may exist depending on the user's device.

3. Prices and Taxes

  • All prices shown in the store are expressed in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) currently in force in Spain, unless a different tax must be applied by legal requirement.

  • Shipping costs: As detailed in our Shipping Policy, we offer free shipping for all orders and destinations available in the store. No surprise transport charges will be added on the checkout screen.

  • Customs: For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that the destination customs authority may apply.

  • Xollazo reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.

4. Purchasing Process

To make a purchase on xollazo.com, the customer must follow these steps:

  1. Select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart.

  2. Access the cart and click on the checkout button.

  3. Enter contact details and the exact and complete shipping address.

  4. Select the payment method and confirm the purchase.

Once the payment is completed, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation email with the transaction details.

5. Payment Methods

Payment will be made at the time of formalizing the order. The payment platforms used have the highest standards of security and encryption (SSL) to protect your financial data. Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

  • Express checkout platforms enabled at checkout (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

If PayPal or other methods are included in the store, they will be equally subject to the security terms of their respective gateways.

6. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Estimated processing times (1 to 5 business days) and delivery times are entirely governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Standard delivery times are 7-10 business days for Spain, 10-15 business days for the rest of the EU, and 15-20 business days for international destinations, with an estimated maximum of 20 business days depending on destination country variables.

  • We operate through external logistics (AliExpress Standard Shipping, Cainiao, ending with Correos or local operators), so times may be subject to operational variables. Once the package is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As stipulated in detail in our Returns and Exchanges Policy, the customer has an extended period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the item to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the product is unused, in its intact original packaging, and with all its accessories.

  • In case of return due to withdrawal (change of mind), the direct costs of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, the process will be 100% free of charge for the customer.

To initiate any procedure, the customer must first contact xollazoshopi@gmail.com, where they will be provided with instructions and the correct return address.

8. Legal Warranty

All products sold to customers residing in Spain and the European Union are covered by a legal warranty of three (3) years from the delivery date, in accordance with current consumer and user regulations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental manipulation, or normal wear and tear of the product. In the case of a defective product, Xollazo will proceed, as appropriate and at no cost to the customer, with the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.

9. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR Platform)

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform all customers that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. This tool is designed to help consumers resolve disputes related to online purchases out of court. You can access it through this link: .

10. Modification of the Terms of Service

Xollazo reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Purchasing Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the purchase of products, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, as established by law.
